I went to Walgreens today and scored some major deals. Here is how I did it:
2 – Colgate Cavity Protection, $0.79 each
6 – Mars Candy Bars, $0.49 each w/in-ad coupon
1 Carefree Ultra Protection 16 ct, $1.99
2 – Stayfree 16 ct, $1.99 each
1 Christmas Gift Sack, $0.29
2 – $0.75 off any Colgate toothpaste
3 – Buy 1, Get 1 FREE Mars Candy Bars
1 – $2.00 off 2 Stayfree
1 – $1.00 off Carefree Ultra Protection
$1.00 Register Rewards
ARV: $10.78
Total OOP: $3.81
Two things to know though, one, I forgot to use the in-ad coupon for the gift bag which would have made it $0.10. Two, My Walgreens did not carry the specified size of the Colgate toothpaste, so they substituted a larger size for me. So if your Walgreens doesn’t have the exact size, ask if they will substitute another size.
